Preparation before Your Hair Session
Before arriving at your hair appointment with us. It is best to have little to no product in your hair and to arrive with your hair down in its most natural form. No hair bands or ties in your hair that may have disrupted your natural pattern. We typically cut dry and first before any other service you may have.
Get together any photos or inspiration you have for what you would like done during your visit and we will do our best to achieve these goals for you.

Special Pre-Appointment Instructions
Please arrive with your hair down, detangled and dried curls with little to no product. Your hair does not have to be freshly washed, BUT nothing more then second day hair. Once we go past the second day, hair patterns change and loosen. Also, no pony tails, headbands or clips in your hair. If there is any excessive detangling needed, your service may either need to be rescheduled or additional fees will apply to your service. Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair doesn't allow us to do the amazing services we are known for.
Please note to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients, our salon cannot accommodate extra guests, friends, or children during your appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding — our space is small, and we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful experience.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please cancel before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is cancelled after 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you no show on the day of your appointment or cancel at the time of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
Payment and Gratuity
We accept cash or card payments. Gratuity is generously accepted via cash or mobile app.
*Gratuity cannot be added to card payments, nor is included in pricing.
